Shipping & Delivery

  • What shipping options do you offer? We ship to all 50 states in the US with these options (displayed at checkout):

    • Express Shipping (3–6 business days) – $20
    • Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) – $0 (our most popular – free on all orders!)
    • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) – $10 (available if needed, but we recommend free standard)

    Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Times are estimates; carrier delays can occur.

  • How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track directly on the carrier’s site (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened/used wooden toys unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • How do I initiate a return? Email us at support@streamlinemtl.com or use the return portal in your account. We’ll guide you and provide a prepaid label if the return qualifies.
  • What about refunds? Refunds go back to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless it’s our error.

Products & Care

  • Are your toys safe for young children? Yes! All our wooden toys use natural wood and child-safe, non-toxic finishes (water-based or food-grade oils). Always check age recommendations on each product page.
  • How should I clean and care for wooden toys? Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or dishwashers. For natural finish, occasionally apply a thin layer of beeswax or food-grade mineral oil to keep the wood nourished.
  • Do you have a size guide or age recommendations? Each product page includes suggested age range and dimensions. Our toys suit babies (6+ months with supervision) through early school age.
